    Sears boats ??

    I have a flat bottom to v bow aluminum boat that is just under 12' long. I was told it was a Sears, but it has been rebuilt and I can't find any proof. Did Sears make boats?

    How long is Sta-Bil good for once it is in the gas tank if the tank isn't used all that much? I have a tank not quite empty that is almost a year old.

    6hp Chrysler

    Stored motor ran ok after replacing fuel line and cleaning carb. Ran ok...went and fished...on way back came out of the swamp, gunned it and motor coughed 3 times a died. Gas tank was new and gas was new with 50:1 oil mixture. Any ideas? I tried this forum the other day and can't find it now...

    After storage for about 4 years, I got the motor running. On the lake all was fine until going back to the hill. I got out of the swamp and gunned it, and the motor coughed three times an died. Any ideas would help. Bob
