    Holes in lower unit

    I have a 1997 5hp Tohatsu, M5B. There are 2 holes on the oposite side of where the prop is, at the very top of the lower unit. I am assuming this is for exhaust but not sure. Can someone please confirm this thought. Also, is there supposed to be water coming from these holes or just exhaust...
