    winterizing 1990 225 evenrude

    the manual for my engine says to use a premix in a 6 gal tank of gas, oil, stabilizer and fogging oil, my question is that between the vro and oil in the premix would be to much oil, would the engine even start with that much oil in the mix?

    Grady lady facelift

    Repairing nicks and scratches on the hull of my 1984 grady 20.4 fisherman, my question - can you wet sand? I am using 3 m fiberglass filler, i did try it and it smooths out nicely with no dust, just wondering if this will affect the bond in any why. Thanks.

    just wanted to get an opinion on this engine, i have done some work and paid a tech to get this engine running as good as it has now i have an exhaust leak my tech says there is a small hole in the lower exhaust, the pee hole has slowed because of this. is it worth getting this fixed?

    my 225 will run fine but when i slow down and put her in neutral it dies. this will also happen when i try to leave the dock, could it be the timing? it will idle fine.
