    I had boat out today. And the temp was good all day and the cap didn't leak. System ran as it should

    Update on this topic. Hit good weather and took boat out. I used higher octane fuel...the new carb..cleaned all connections. Still had the slight ping at wot. Set back to 8 btdc. Took off good and also at wot ping gone and seems I gained some rpm as well. Also seed even cruising at 3000 it ran...

    My rad cap is leaking a tiny bit and want to replace. What is appropriate for a ford 302 closed cooling system. 14psi?

    I used 4x4s down each side and then 1 across. Pro ably get you high enough. I could swing my engine around 360 and also slide it back and forth on the side 4x4s

    I installed the replacement carb and the choke and overall movement is way better then the other. It's all free and the other seemed it wasn't so here's hoping

    It's a turning point prop with replaceable hub. If something broke I can't see it being fine again 2 min later
