    150 johnson high idle

    I have a 1992 150 johnson silverstar, My problem is im getting a high idle 1100 rpms,I read in the manuel that quickstart will have motor at 1100 until warm , so how do i test if quick start is staying on ? The boat runs fine at all rpms, if quick start was staying engaged would it still run...
