    johnson controls throttle cable

    The throttle lever is very stiff can't move lever forward to fast. Its moves fine to slow. Does the control box have lube points or take apart and look inside posible? Everything appears fine at engine.????

    no fuel to plugs

    1958 35 hp johnson. got electricity at ignition and at box on transom but nothing when try electric start . Cleaned all contacts. So I resorted to pulling. Does this motor need electricity to make fuel pump work cause no fuel at plugs. It did fire but is dry. It feels as though there is plenty...

    I recently received this gift. It last ran in 2005. The boat floor is delaminated down the center. I replaced plugs, battery cables, and hypoid oil. I need help , suggestions etc...
