    honda 30 telltale

    I have a 30 HP Honda that at idle the flow of water from the telltale is very slow or non existent. If it is neutral there flow is a trickle or it stops. When placed in gear the flow increases a little bit. When at revs the flow is strong and normal.<br /><br />Is this a normal occurence.
