    Ayuh,...... Look closer at the trim pump,.... it should have it's own oil supply, as it doesn't use drive oil,.... It's usually Atf, or hyd. oil, or motor oil,.....

    Ayuh,...... Most likely, the trim up, quits, when the trim limit switch wires fail, in under the bellhousing,.... You can by-pass it by jumpering 'em, inside the transom, where they come into the boat,.... Then the up button will run all the way to tilt,....
