    Thank Scott06 and Scott Danforth. It works better with your advice. Step 1:Press button and a few times of full pump gas Step 2: pull back to 1/4 throttle Step 3:Turn the key Step 4:pull it back to 1500RPM Step 5 pull it to neturel after it run smoothly. Ready to go Thank you
