    LOL. Both of my old style and new style outdrive work after I add some lubricant in water pump house while mounting. The water impeller scratch the house while turning. That is why it is so heavy to turn by hand without lubricant. Thank you all

    I think the outside race because I have applied the cap. and the drive should be inside the cap. Did I do right? I know I should hit the outer race or it will be damaged.
