    Sundeck is almost done.... gave me a bit more trouble than I expected.... Not exactly sure how I got the stripes so far off... the masking tape is compared to the bottom seat cushion. After tare apart and redo.... Starting the topside... Thats it for now.... time for...

    Some new bits for the sundeck.... Oh, and if you dont have one of theses... I highly recommend one, not expensive, and extremely handy!! I needed a 95 deg angle, set my cuts perfectly!! Have a good night!

    A little more for today... Seat bases.... Figured I would try painting one of the plastic trim pieces. Just rattle can, but pretty happy with it. Ill shoot them for real next time around.

    Here are the new bits installed. Windshield supports are now supporting the windshield!!! Question... the gunnel skirts,the glove box/cover, cover over the steering wheel are plastic that has deteriorated. Do you think that they could be sanded and painted? Have a great weekend!!

    I wanted to back the boat in and run it under load. Checking for any abnormalities.started right up, ran 40 psi oil pressure. stabilized at 150 deg temp. No strange noised from the out drive.... shifts in and out with no grinding. cables are a bit stiff, but last time it was on the water was...

    Strap holding the outdrive up has been officially removed. Replaced the cylinders due to one having a cracked housing. Pretty straight forward job...standard screw driver, 3/8th wrench some marine grease and 3 qts of dexron 2. Used 2.5, flushing and bleeding. Question for you... the old...

    Thanks all, tried a bit of polishing compound, 5 minutes on the wheel did wonders!!! Also needed the admiral to see what it should look like, so she can start sorting out interior color scheme. Happy Easter All !!!
