    I found that 2011 115 mercs WOT is 5800-6400....are you sure about yours?My 2021 is 5-6000 WOT. Regardless, you're where you need to be. I was a little surprised at the big difference with the 16p prop, but that's what you got.

    for the pontoon: changed the oil, lower unit, pulled the plugs and fogged the cylinders. replaced plug receptacle, replaced transducer as the depth sounding had stopped working on my new Garmin Echo....I hope it's the transducer. Greased prop shaft, cover re-secured, poles up, anti-moisture...

    pontoon pulled, power washed and mostly winterized a few days ago. Good week for it. Gotta go back and do oil, and lower unit. Cooler air on the Chesapeake, chilly ride a no go. Heck, we've gotten snow/ice storms in Pa. around Halloween.

    yep, if it's the same manufacturer it should be equal in performance. But if it's a different manufacturer, then as stated above, performance can be different. I tried to tweak my WOT rpm up a little, so I tried a Solas 3-15.5x13 in place of my Merc 3-16x13......no difference.
