    So I have a 1974 Tigre with a 165 4.1 inline 6 and the trim won’t go up it goes down fine I’ve tested the blue and green right to the battery the green works but nothing on blue if the motor works one way I would assume it should reverse also ,is it the motor, and can I replace just the motor...
