    Looking up your fuel pump module HERE I find typical VP crap, they don't tell you what is in the pump assembly Next search for vp fuel pumps and find the one which fits

    Wood is moist (wet) it will start to rot. Could inject some antifreeze to stop rot, but I think it needs to be replaced The finished transom should be 2 to 2.25 inch.If it's wider then 2.25 then the wood has expanded from the water

    Don't know if your fuse box also has a ground bus on it or not, but in this example I am assuming it does. If it does not have a ground buss then need to pick up ground somewhere else, like the Bat or main ground buss

    What your dealing with isn't normal, empty or full it should still come out. Remove the back cover to view the shift fork, linkage and spring.

    Being a VP than the fuel pressure should be 50-60 psi The distributor needs to be clocked correctly

    Correct Have you checked that the distributor was installed correctly? Verify, You said one of the motors start but the other does not?
