    Not much to post. Gave it a 12 hour bath in Boomyalls brine. Rinsed it, pat it dry put a little black pepper on it. Smoked at 250/300*. Used a combo of apple wood and a little red oak.     New motor arrived today

    Well I didn’t get near 7 MPH, but did touch 5.8 with one grandson along. First impression are positive so far. I ran about 7 miles total at full throttle and only ate up 20% of the 36 v 105 amp hr lithium.

    Old thread, new question. We have a frozen Pre Brined turkey here. Has anyone done boomyalls brine on a pre brined bird? Thinking I’m going to try it anyway unless someone has tried and failed.
