    In fresh water wher I boat. Engine temperature above145 starts minerals sticking to hot parts. Do WOT for several minutes ? It is baked onto motor castings. Add in a lugging motor and load of people. Oh well. Salt water I have no idea.

    The light bulbs or LEDs are burned out. Or corroded. connections at the light fixtures. Might need new fixtures if you back in deep enough to submerge them. Salt or fresh water ?
