    Trying to group the rebuild pics in one area...bear with me...got the transom out..new one is cut..glue and screw and seal this week...floor removal starts tomorrow..prior owner covered rotten floor with 3/8 ply and white roof coating...more to come...I'll try to locate and delete earlier...

    The transom wood from the bilge area view looks solid...I'm going to pull the cap and the splashwell and do some checking. I also plan to try to get under the floor thru the hatches or by taking a "core" sample to see what's under " the sloppy white roof coating"

    Still no pics..I'll review the tutorial and give it a shot. Gave it its 1st bath...years of desert dust....used Meguiars heavy oxidation scrub...WOW!! That changed the chalky blue back to navy...itll save a lot of time! Further inspection of transom...many spots of corrosion..most troublesome...
