    If it does come down to the transom being rotten there are plenty of threads on the site and in the stickies that show and explain what you may or may not be confronted with, plus plenty of people here who have plenty of knowledge to share.

    I totally agree, the strange part is that thinking about upgrades, future repairs and not being consumed on what's broken or having a time-line in your head about the splash!

    I was hoping to find new bearings for my distributor but can't find any information on them has anyone had any luck before? I've found kits for Prestolite but that's it. I was hoping to find a cheaper alternative that replacement of the distributor.
