    Rock Auto or GM parts direct are my two go-tos. the motor that mercruiser used is basically a truck motor with different head gaskets and induction. so I looked up a 1996-2000 Chev truck. (NEVER a car).

    start at the battery, work your way to the ignition switch and back. did you check the MOB switch? that breaks the ignition circuit back to the motor

    if you lost the spring on the seal, it will leak. did you use the installing cup? the part number is a mercruiser number. that is NOT the engine OEM, however the engine marinizer. so you are paying for a $20 seal, that they put in an $2 box with a mercruiser part number to sell you for $100...

    Oil Pressure Sender failure modes?

    you get the alarm at key on until there is oil pressure when cranking. I did install an alarm silence button. LOL. if you have good compression, the rest is fairly easy.

    compressor came with shipping oil. was only 1.3 oz (40cc). with clear instructions on filling the compressor to a total of 6.5oz. have a new binary switch on its way.

    universal kill switches have 4 terminals. you use the one side for powered ignitions (I/O's) and the other side with magneto ignitions (older outboards) so your kill switch is fine. again, go to the ABYC wiring colors in the electrical sticky
