    My cabin Propane wall heater has a pilot and a thermostat for temperature control. NO fan. Simple pilot burner with a press to electronic striker. No electric at all. No chimney required. Catalytic blue flame. The alarms have never sounded and tests O K for years.

    Sound is very difficult to classify. Check ALL spark plugs to see if it is 1 or several cylinders having a problem. Can you post a close up picture of all the spark plug ends ?

    Transom motors are USELESS in any wind or currents. The bow is always pulling straight ahead. The transom motor is always pushing a boat not pointing straight ahead.

    All the waverunners I know are more cautious PWC people. All go mostly WOT with music and screaming. P M is a full wash and clean after most trips in freshwater.

    I have tested some smaller powered boats while tied to the dock. At up to 30 hp. I always use saved 1/2" by 30' Nylon dock lines. I sit in the drivers position while a helper helps me snug up the boat with full fenders. I feel safer in the stopped boat struggling at WOT next to the dock. I pick...

    I should add a 2nd battery...

    I NEVER recharge a really run down battery with the boat engine alternator. Almost none are rated to charge a full sized battery if it is very run down. Use a 120 vac plug in wall charger.
