    5200 is good up to 180* , so the adhesive is in my opinion is not the issue, it's the wood

    If it does go fully in just not as good as port It might be the gimbal is tight and that is giving the slight interference Could also be the engine coupler has a slight offset from a previous misalignment

    Replaced mine for first time when it was about 20 years old. Still didn't need replacing, no cracks. The thing is I'm in fresh water and the big thing is after parking boat in garage I lowered the drive full down. Don't leave it up

    IMO no, but they will last if taken care of. I had a 1995 Rinker that was 27 years old when sold and it was still in good shape so far as the hull. It also spent its life on a trailer and covered. They cost less because it didn't cost as much to build

    Search "custom spark plug wire kit" then you can cut them to length. Can even get a V8 set for extra in most cases for same cost Could also look for 350 marine set if the V6 is to high, a 454 set would work also but wires will be to long

    Find out if it is aligned Pump grease until you see it. If you pump and it gets real hard and don't see it, then the hole or the spacer is not in alignment

    It looks greaseable. Is there a grease fitting on the transom? The piece between center shaft bushing and outer ring doesn't appear to be extending This is sealed

    Decided to look a bit closer at the Manual and the tool arms are placed differently depending on if its an earlier drive or later one
