    I have different prop company props. So I slide the entire prop and hub off as 1 piece.

    Some EFI pumps bleed oof a percentage of the HP fuel to the gas tank. New fuel in is cool. Different ways can be used to return the hot fuel to the gas tank.

    The excess grease should just oozzee out of the backing plate. Unless there was never any grease oozzeed out by the first installation. A dry seal would instantly melt away in first few miles.

    Dingbat How the heck can you remove that prop in a desolate area of boating ? A spare is useless. I jump into the shallow water and change the prop in about 3 minutes.

    198x SS-150 rebuild

    Yes You will need those 2 side walls at the Walk Thru Opening. They are what keeps the Walk Thru & windshield aligned perfectly. They are bonded to the floor and hull sides somehow.
