    OK so got the kits in. All basic o rings save one brass part, hoping that is not normally a wear part. I thinking I can just order orings to match for the future but not sure how to size them? Micrometer? What dimensions am I looking for?

    Take a leaf of romaine, break the rib (not cut) follow the same layers and call it a day. If you want a whole pizza point all ribs to the center of a platter in a circle. Prob get 10 to 12 'slices' Just had our new daughter in law over for her first pizza night. Turns out she doesn't eat...

    I cannot provide detail because I paid someone to do mine but it is doable. No difference in transom hole afaik
