    94 Cris Craft Concept 268

There are no parts available for the king cobra. Buy it assuming it's a project and if you have to do drive work, plan on potentially replacing everything but the block and heads

I want to add a third toon of smaller diameter

If your goal is handling on the water, the larger center log is done to get the boat to turn more like a V-hull if you talk to the OEMs If your goal is to sit on the beach, I don't know what to say

I want to add a third toon of smaller diameter

generally, the center toon is same diameter or larger. I have never seen one smaller. My thoughts are if the OEM's didnt do it, then its not a good idea. however I can only offer what I observed personally.

    1988 Rogue 2420

Ok, so after removing insect and amphibians from the boat, loading up everyone.......the channels are gone from the hurricanes...... The water is too skinny to making it from the launch to deeper water unless the tide is in. I should have swapped props, as 10 people in the boat made it a pig...

    V-P 5.7 Gxi intake on 383 stroker?

You need the Y pipe for a big block as the width and height of the engine is bigger than the small block You can use the drive plate on the 5.7 You set up the electric fuel pump using an oil pressure switch and relay or you can use the diodes Regarding the divorced choke you posted. Has...

    Clamp Ring Seals

It's in the manual I sent you It's also in the stickies in the write up from the great Don S With the required new O-rings, lightly coated with grease. Start with the clamp ring loose As you clamp the PDS, you also align the housing. Using feeler gauges, you set the gap at the 9, 12, and 3...

    Stringer positions and design -stejcraft

Ply wood is significantly stronger than dimensional lumber. You can use poly foam if you want for stringers if you add enough layers in the encapsulation You can build a cradle on the trailer if needed

    V-P 5.7 Gxi intake on 383 stroker?

I put my BBC in front of the DP290 drive with 1.95:1 gears. I just jumped from B5 / B6 props to B7 / B8s no need to change drive The EFI and ECM is there because GM switched from Carb to EFI on the trucks. You can add knock control if you want, however detonation isn't really an issue...

    Leaky boat

Most likely the plastic lines and fittings for the livewells are cracked or leaking. The good news, that is fairly inexpensive to repair yourself. The bad news is you have to disassemble nearly the whole boat

    Ballast Resistor or not?

You should have 12 volts only when cranking. The ~9 volts is so you do not burn the points up when running. You have a resistance wire in your engine harness vs a ballast resistor

    V-P 5.7 Gxi intake on 383 stroker?

You could swap to a Duramax diesel, or a Big Block or simply go to a carb on an SBC stroker

    Stringer positions and design -stejcraft

The center stringer is short to have a garboard plug The bulkhead may be fine with enough tabbing. However I am not a naval architect. How this is the hull at the keel? You have a lot of items in the boat to remove prior to going farther. Pull all the interior bits. I highly recommend...
