    I have a Sylvan 24' twin 25" tubes. It's rated for 150hp but came with a 90hp two stroke. I repowered this year to a Suzuki 115 and I go 22 mph at 6k RPM.

    I just repowered my pontoon with this motor and I'm looking for a wiring diagram. I would like to wire my fuel and battery gauges to ignition +12. I've also have seen Suzuki has gauges (I do have the Suzuki tach with 4 lights) and am wondering if theirs would be plug and play.

    I just repowered my 1995 Sylvan 24' from 90HP Force 2 stroke at 300 lbs to a 2023 Suzuki 115 at 400lbs. The boat is rated for a 150 and the 115 runs perfectly so far. The stern sits about the same in the water. I'm still breaking it in and haven't been above 3000 RPM though.

    Had an similar issue with my 1995 90HP. Bad Regulator / Rectifier. Disconnect it if you go to WOT RPMs then it's the culprit.
