    Have you checked the condition and colors of al the sparkplugs ? All look clean as a brand new one ? Any wet oil on the plug electrodes ? Ratio of oil to gas ?

    Loaded boat pulling skiers ? Whole bunch of CUBIC INCHES are needed. Plus The Prop Gods advice and exchange program. A bad hull shape can use up all the power.

    No way I can do it from my computer. Did you accidently NOT get the bushing into the correct location ?

    Spark Plug Half-Fouling

    Check that the sparkplug wire is FULLY inserted at both ends. Possible poor connection or failed wire. Can you swap that bad cylinder H V wire with another cylinder wire to see if the wire is bad ?

    Hard to pull

    Quick check of EACH cylinder pressure.1 at a time. Put ONLY 1 plug in any cylinder. And pull to feel the amount of resistance. Remove THAT SAME sparkplug and put it in the other cylinder and do the pull. Are they different efforts ?

    1980 100hp vs 1986 110hp ignition coils

    I really like the fairly close compression readings. It shows aging. Have to find the electrical parts needed to get it running O K again. You can change those ignition parts. Change ALL the coils of all the cylinders at the same time. Should perk right up.

    Did you ever have this motor running on a boat at good speeds ? Or is this a unknown motor ?

    Spark Plug Half-Fouling

    Why are you using those....Surface Firing sparkplugs ? They are way too easy to foul-up. Change to a Standard Style of sparkplug. I had the same problem with both old Evinrude engines. Check that the 3 carburetor linkages are closing the same amount both positions.

    Axles are out of ALINGMENT. Your tires are being SCRUBBED a little sideways all the time. You really need a alignment of the trailer axles.

    Starter fluid everytime....

    Never a risk or problem when I mix oil and gas at the marina fuel dock. Put a gallon in the 6 gallon tank. Add the oil while the 5 gallons is pouring into the tank. Best I can do.

    In N J we are losing beach frontage to both melting of ice caps, of both poles and ocean currents. Add in world wide volcanic activity dust. WE are getting ready to join the dinosaurs. :)
