    The IAC should read around 40 during idle, it's currently reading 75 so it doesn't have enough area to control idle within parameters. Giving it fast throttle jumps past the IAC area so it doesn't stumble or die. Increasing the throttle plates gets to much air in so idle is to fast To adjust...

    Most all bearings are made over seas, I've had no issues with them. That said sold my Rinker after 27 years with original oem greasable bearing

    Looks like a good greaseable bearing other then the manufacture didn't debur before installing bearing in the race

    You have a loose and/or corrosion issue. Might even be the key switch, but start with the Bat and clean to all shinny metal. With Bat disconnected clean grounds and positive cable connections. The blown fuse could be a chafed wire

    Should never see any kind of sealant on the transom, if you do then it has started to leak and someone used a bandaid If transom bolts are ever loose then transom is soft, they never get loose otherwise You need to rebuild the transom

    If ya got a vacuum line on the carb it's automotive, but put a vacuum gauge on it before replacing to see what the reading is

    A scanner is always best to have with the new motors. Don't know for sure but most sensors work from a switch closing. Have you tried disconnecting the oil and water separator to see if it stops?
