    Which is about $12K more than I try to put into my projects. I've never done a swap. There are tons of things available to do a coyote swap in the Fox body ... but I think I'm going to leave this one a 4 cyl. At least for a few years.

    Correct. No HIN on a boat that old. I can't recall for sure, but I think Tennessee treated my serial number on my old boats like a HIN for registration purposes. Not sure what your state requires.

    That's a serial number on the plate, not a HIN. This LINK has some stuff on the '69 Glaspar Cutlass 18 - looks really similar. // I agree with Matt, you've got some rot issues in the bones of that boat. Welcome aboard.
