    You have to pull the starter and the bracket that supports it which allows access to the nut. Loosen the nuts, move the carb forward and you can spin them off the rest of the way. Whenever I get frustrated I set my tools down and come back another time. Good luck with your motor.

    I'm going to say you probably don't need any diagrams. Simple carb so carefully open it in a clean environment and look for the obvious. Hopefully you have some welding torch tip cleaners or other cleaning devices. Carefully clean every orifice and spray it out. On the top of the carb throat...

    I guess there's a question there.... My guess is your ignition switch is dying but check for corrosion on the ground screws.

    Yes, I think you check unlisted. Also is it made for children check "no" Unlisted is better than public....at least for some people.

    The responder above asked you more questions than you answered. He has one of these outboards and uses them regularly. He can not see, feel or smell your motor. If you answer his questions you will find your problem. Be specific.

    Float bowls can't stop the fuel so it dribbles out the carbs. Unplug the fuel lines when tilted.

    I agree, my uncle was a dealer back in the day and maybe just before that the 115 was the biggest. Did you tinker with the kill wire or the man overboard clip? Start there.
