    sorry, can't help with tha 16 amp (your) stuff.. only oem manuals i have left are for tha 40 amp stuff and i sure don't trust my memory in this 'ole noggin' ta try ta explain it and its values you'll be lookin' for.... surely someone on here has all that information and can share it with ya.....

    tha manual i listed is for an '84.. its tha first year showing your crank assy. this is number for a '90.. it also shows your assy. but may show a lot of tha special tools need ta work on this motor.. 90-878107R01 go here and check parts ta compare with your motor.... that should confirm tha...

    a "recently rebuilt" motor with comp that low is either one of two things.. wasn't done right (block, heads, piston, rings) and/or tha comp gauge is junk..... one reason for low rpm may be stator.... if it runs and idle's smooth but jus won't turn any more rpm.

    yeah, i squealed like a pig under a gate first one i bought many (to many) years ago... it stings a little at first but tha OEM is well worth it.. tha other junk like a clymer is jus that, JUNK... jmo

    that looks like it was a complete drop on power head.. anything that old is gonna have some nicks n bruises... looks like a new stator and trigger?.. jus by tha way ya describe things you really need an OEM manual BEFORE ya start doin' things ya don't know anything about (no offense meant) to...

    ya gotta add a "0" in front of tha number... 06519974.. 1984 150.. so its a 1984 2.0 150.. cowls are too.......... as said before tha 0C267625 comes up as a 1990 200... so clamp and mid are a lot newer.................. start with carbs and fuel pump rebuild.. no mater how clean everything...

    0c267625 comes up as a 1990 200.. tha other number ya posted is a build date of feb 20 1984.. so tha power head has been changed.. got any pictures of tha power head? below is a pic of a welsh plug jus in case ya don't know what ya lookin' for.. its on top of tha block behind tha flywheel.. it...

    tha only thing they share (oil/over temp) is tha buzzer.. they do not have any other association.. tha tan/blue coming from tha module is justa "signal" thats coming from tha module.. same as a signal wire coming from tha over temp.. they jus happen ta use tha same wire goin' to tha buzzer...

    could be... they will usually run bad if thats tha case.. that wire reads that post (usually number two) firing.. it calibrates between it and magnet (rotation sensor on top of oil pump) to module.. no fire or no rotation ya get a alarm.. thats how its SUPPOSED ta work but its not all that...
