    Have you checked to see if the motor is overheating? Have you checked for spark after it has symptoms? Have you checked compression? Motor will always seem fine with no load....( Neutral )

    Pull the heads which would show all of the head passages and access to the areas around the cylinders. Hopefully someone can give you more opinions on the limp mode tests first.

    I wouldn't allow much pressure to build because you could blow a gasket somewhere. The more I 🤔 nk about it probably best to just remove things and go through all the water passages.

    Not sure I'm the man here but the key thing you said was "you limped it in" it might be in limp mode. You said you unhooked the overheat sensor....was that the port side? Port side sensor is the one that puts it in limp mode and there is a way to test that.

    Also, if you have a three wire plug, like the one on your wire schematic, make sure a,b and c are all correct from both sides.

    Do you have an inline or a spark length tester? Check for GOOD spark. Otherwise you will need to go through your wiring I suppose. You might have fried something.
