    You actually have Power Trim? It would be a separate Switch from the Power Tilt Switch. What is you engine's WOT Rpm range? What Rpm are you getting at WOT? I doubt you are going to find a 4 blade Prop for that I/O. Besides 4 blades are slower than 3. I suspect that you will get its best...

    She told one of the Witnesses that she Blacked out, I heard her say that when I was on 911, so I reported it, Cops and Ambulance were there within minutes. I hope they review her Fitness to drive. She was moving pretty good as she wiped the entire side of the Car. I am still able to drive it...

    Oh Boy. MDF and Solid Wood is not what you use in Boats. Marine Grade Plywood is the Wood of Choice, It is far more Stable in resistance to twisting and warping than Solid Wood, and the Glues in it, are not going to let go when wet, like MDF does. What would the Polyvinylchloride Drapes be for?

    Did you remove the Welsh Plug, and clean the crap that can build up under it, and doesn't wash or get blown out? You punch a hole in it and pry it out, taking care not to damage Recess it is in. New Plugs are included in the Carb Kit, put a bit of Gasoline-Alcohol Proof Sealer on the Edge...

    The only engine that mounted any thing there was the 1964, the first year of the 9.5. So perhaps the OP has an Engine, or at least an Exhaust Cover that is older than 1971

    Simplex was for Evinrude, Johnson, and Gale Motors, Cables that fit in it will work with your motor. As for a MerControl, well it is for Mercury Motors.

    If the Plug wasn't firing, and it wasn't because of a short, then there would be a Ground Issue

    As I said above, all Electricity wants to do is complete the Circuit, and that it doesn't care how, and you put yourself forth as a Conductor
