Post compression test values.----Why were all the electrical parts replaced ??----Tachometer checked ?----Water pump impeller replaced ?-----Oil injection tested , if in service ?------Overheat horn tested ?
These pumps are ultra simple to repair.----A new diaphragm will fix them every time.----These pumps are very simple / reliable.----Why is a new pump needed.----What is the motor doing / not doing?
Correct the unicharger has the battery ignition.----Weak spark is the major reason for hard to start issues.----So does spark jump a gap of 5/16" or more on 4 leads ?
You might have issues on #1 and #2 ----Too much fuel ??----The 105 PSI compression is a concern.----Remove bypass cover and have a look at the piston / rings.-----And no there is no head gasket that can be leaking compression !
You have to remove the powerhead !!!!-----Many consumable parts are available and the same as Johnson.-----Ignition , carburetor . water pump, gaskets and seals to name a few.
