    ^^Agree My Rinker is setup same way, the keel rollers are there to keep bow from hitting when toading because the bow V is deeper. Once the hull is on the bunks the rollers do not touch

    Hand adjust the shoes out until you can install the drum where it barely touches. The shoes may need to be centered a bit. Once there they will self adjust as they are used The shock on the coupler may need to be replaced

    Think of a dealer somewhere between 100 to 150 an hour. Figure 4 hours plus parts Don't know what size trailer brakes, but replacing the entire assembly is around 200 an axle and easy to replace.

    The benefit is because you get in salt water and easier to winterize. If fresh then no issue with corrosion. Even if its removed you will need another thermostat housing

    You will need more then one Bat and best/safest way to install one is hire an electrician. Is your WH plumbed into the motor? If not that is the easiest way to get hot water

    Don't see an issue with the impeller, but using an Alpha drive with a HE is not the best. The Alpha may not move enough water. Maybe try something. Disconnect and plug the small hose (both ends) going to the top fitting. My thought is this might move more AF to the block when the thermostat...

    Good find on the bulletin Problem is need the G3 to know what needs to be done to fix, then a water test to ensure it has been done. So Merc dealer is only one that can find and fix the problem, and they get paid to drive the boat around

    Might have or have "had" a leak but the pump can keep up with most leaks. Unless your seeing a smelling fuel flowing out of the carb, that isn't the issue

    Woops, agree Need to know which Gi Gi-A is 27 to 31 psi Gi-B and higher is 50 to 60 psi If fuel pressure is correct then need to check TPS and MAP voltages
