I use Boomyals brine recipe for any poultry I smoke. Used it for a big batch of wings a couple of weekends ago. Dry rubbed them after brining and smoked for 1.5 hours. They were awesome.

The fatty has been made and it was delicious! We added hashbrowns too. Joe, I stole your pumpernickel toast idea...thanks.
Unfortunately the bottle of bloody mix in the cabinet was way outdated, so no bloody this time around.

Appreciate that Scott. I'm planning on starting easy on trick skis or combos before I work up to slalom and barefoot again. But make no mistake, I WILL be barefooting before the summer is over. I'm going to be REALLY sore since I haven't skied in a while. Looking forward to it.
I am getting my boat back from the repair shop tomorrow. It will officially be spring for me then. Darn stator went out and took out the trigger and both switchboxes. Ouch.
I'm hoping to be able to ski this weekend. It's been a long time since I've been able to go. Got a new hip last fall...
Deep and lack of current makes a big difference. Our lake place near WIMusky just opened up Monday, but ours is spring fed, so the small amount of water flow helps speed up the process.
