    Looks to me like your port side front rollers are higher. Starboard side are lower. If so, that would cause the boat to load to starboard side of trailer.

    I believe your tach only responds to the number of pulses produced by the stator. So as rpm increase, pulses increase, tachometer responds. Yes voltage may change, and amps will increase as rpm increase, but its the pulses that are counted.

    It may look new, but replace it anyway. They always look new, until they don't. Run your motor through a bunch of sand and the impeller may only last a few hours.

    photos are too close. back up a foot or two and show us the front of the engine. and a photo of the sides - the entire engine. this motor should have an external trim pump, inside the boat, and 4 hydraulic hoses running to the motor. This is likely the source of your yellow oil.
