    Look over on Ebay and find ya a torque shift prop..it will blast ya out of the hole and depending on cam you can set top end pitch.

    Motor if mounted on hull should be in the 3rd hole...vented 24 pitch prop if Raker or 25 if a Turbo(best) and if its lazy out of hole and doggy on top end ..tighten the high speed jets as they do come loose and cause these issues.

    Thats a Mercruiser/Outboard thru hub cleaver..below is a racing cleaver for tunnels . They are usually 10.5 to 11" in diameter and run with 1 blade in water. The B1 drive has a lot of drag and best to use biggest diameter prop you can get.

    Fire it off and while running pull the hose off nipple with long reach needle nose. It should spray out in a fine mist, if thick or sputters they need clean/replaced

You can put a 1987 unit on a 2007 if you have the correct linkages to make shift throw length correct and shift shaft.     If its a newer plastic EPA tank it will need a vent fuel cap to work. If its a old metal one it will work fine

    It gonna smoke with premix and if recirc valves are clogged even a lil more till the reeds clear out. Clean the ricirc valves and check fuel pump diaphram just for giggles

    No ..you will need to get the 2 piece one.. Use the puller to remove the one from the 1996 unit and take the new driveshaft and pop it in place, reinstall impeller components and install you old shift rod to spec height..
