    yes, it's actually the original fuel metering body that I switched out with a new Volvo Penta fuel metering body that I got off Ebay years ago, since then I have bought new injectors and rebuilt kit for the old one, just looking for a OEM GM pressure regulator diaphragm for it.

    I have the VP Service manuals and will look to see what it says to use. I know where it says to use a sealing compound for the outdrive mounting bolts I use pipe thread sealant.

    yup did it once already last weekend and got enough oil to change it twice more. Hopefully it wiil be cleared up after 2 more changes.
