    get your current prop trued up. I hit the only rock in Sand Bay almost 15 years ago. was in 6 feet of water, hit a 5 foot diameter rock. took out prop hub and 1 blade on one prop, and a blade on the other prop. came in with the boat shaking like a dog passing a peach pit.

    is it leaking out of the master cylinder boot on the input rod? or out of the boot on the caliper disc? if the master cylinder boot, then most likely either the seal is leaking from rubber degradation, or something is corroded.

    any time you need a service tool to retract a park brake actuator to do a pad change or even bleed the brakes means that the electronics have been attached to systems they should not be attached to. My next two vehicles will be a 81-87 CJ8 for the wife and a 1952 Fiat for me...... Round sealed...

    Your switch or your relays have arced contacts making them stick. Use a DVM, do some troubleshooting, replace the defective switch or relay

    Expanding on Kenny's idea in his post. Get 6 coupling nuts to screw on vs the nylocs. That way when you thread on the longer coupling , you have larger area to hit with a bigger hammer that is further away from the case

    That's why I spray with low$ HVLP guns. Lost 2 spraying gel in Florida heat. One second it's liquid, the next cottage cheese melting the plastic cup have a body schutz gun that I plugged up back in 2007.....
