    there is a bunch of sunken boats in the boat salvage yards down here. so probably not in Florida. however you can post around. you can strip the boat down for parts and sell the motors, drives, windows and make a decent amount.

    you can - use a piston stop, then paint a line on the timing cover. I would use a proper sized timing tape vs an advance light. however you have some serious rust on that damper, and the timing cover. it looks like a rust hole just about thru in the pic I would pull the accessory drive off...
