    with a "good battery program" and if you run any type electrics at all, even if you use tha tilt n trim while ya runnin', no regulator will be fine... never ran one on any of my 16 amp stuff both production and high performance motors for a lotta years... jus make sure ta keep healthy...

    "float test the idle stabilizer".... ya might consider tha oiler too if that hasn't already been deleted.... if you know tha history of tha motor and its care (never been over heated main item) and tha oiler is workin' ok at this time) then ya might wanna leave it alone,, your choice.... bu8h...

    not much difference between them.. tha hw is more for something thats gonna be "turned up" more so than a stock motor but will be fine for tha normal stuff to..

    unless you "index" tha flywheel so to check each cylinder i think you should run it at around 22* crankin'.. reason is you don't know what each cylinder is without doin' it.. its possible for any other cylinder other than #1 to be a coupla degrees more... you will never notice tha difference...

    if you poppet has a two bolt cover tha its gonna be part #65663A2 if it has a four bolt cover its ganna be part #14462 turbo explains alot!.. not one of tha favorites.. pressure should be 3 ta 7 at idle and 12 ta 18 at wfo..... when ya changed tha pump did you replace it all or jus tha...

    JAN.. you will need to "modify" tha top cap a tad to mount tha bigger stator.. you will see what needs ta be done when to try ta mount it......

    ya ask and answered your question in this first post.......... jus replace tha word o-ring with rebuild kits..... only cure for tha tnt system when they start "bleeding off"...

    probably a 135/150/175 2.0 motor.. possible 175 2.4.... do you have tha complete power head?.. if you do there is a "build date stamped on tha port side, at tha base of number 2 on tha block half.. may be hard ta see but its there... m/d/yr.... also may have a serial number stamped in tha welsh...

    any WH series kit will work.... 'bout only difference is venturi size and jetting... do you have tha air box?.. it can help narrow down what motor they came from....

    they usually have a "stamped" number following tha WH which would narrow it down.. if not, like you say, it may need ta be identified by tha jetting.. do you have just tha one carburetor?
