    Ha , Im trying to think of a bird we would both be familiar with ...... got nothing . If you got it to cooperate and laid it out Id say from tail tip to beak tip would be about 8 inches . This one was sitting on overhead wires above a bit of swamp and was dropping down and picking off tadpoles.

    Are you using fuel with a high enough octane rating ? Is it fresh ? , was the new head gasket the same thickness as the old one ?

    Yeah , or lacking power for some other reason , I cant help thinking that with 25hp it should leap out of the water , but if you have 25hp pushing the back end down maybe not so much :)
