    get a pressure gauge then ya need ta run it like ya stole it at tha lake.. if it "alarms" fix it, if doesn't ya good..... askin' bout slots or anodes.. where ya say tha "pee hole" is at in tha side of tha gear case.. it should be an anode there on both sides.. if it has exhaust "slots" instead...

    THATS very normal.. not really a "pee hole".. jus water/exhaust discharge... ya didn't say if ya have slots or an anode.. if it isn't alarmin' (beepin') send it.. oh yeah, ya should have a butt load comin' outta tha prop hub also............

    if only runs when crankin' its worthless.. ya might as well pump a bulb!.. you really need ta find youself an OEM manual for it if ya gonna continue doin' tha work yourself.. it will keep ya straight on tha whole thing and ya don't need ta question any "advice" given on and computer!.. jmo.

    you don't need tha mechanical pump when ya have tha electric pump.. it can be by-passed and/or completely removed.......... is tha 'lectric pump fired by a relay or jus by a "switched" hot?

    that is a seal that goes in tha end of tha crank.. its got a different name that doesn't even resemble tha term "seal"! if it comes out when removing jus tha gear case you will not be able ta put tha gear case back on till ya get it back where it goes and that my friend can be a real...

    yeah.. think those wires are over looked a lot.. any kinda 'lectric pump is an add on.. most carb V6 mercs are still runnin' are on tha mechanical pump... no tellin' why they added a 'lectric one unless they're like me!!!.. or jus lazy 'bout havin' ta pump a bulb up!

    have you checked tha oiler/bleed bib and/or small tube that oils tha top bearing?
