    Consider rounding the edges on the top of stringers with a 3/4” router bit. Glass will wrap over much easier when you get to that point.

    Sheared pin is always gonna mess with timing. You’ll be able to lap that flywheel in no time flat. Gonna be 50 degree’s in our neck of the woods this weekend. You might be able to sort out the engine this weekend.

    Looks like you’re getting after it. Getting the transom wood out is a bear. I used a circular saw set at 1/4” and made small 6” squares all over the transom. Then was able to chisel them out one by one. small steps will get you there.

    Lapping it is a 5 min job. As racerone said only a dab is needed. Done plenty of go kart flywheels. It’s easy peasy. You’ll be fine

    Update 11-23 first HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all! Took some time on this holiday to install the nav light. sealed the anchor roller holes with epoxy last night. Soooo I installed the anchor roller too! Also did more prep to the motor mounts today..grinding and sanding what fun😂...

    Update 9-20 with cold temps I decided to move inside and start to put back together the bow pulpit.     Update 11-1 probably the last 70 degree days this past weekend. Plus we mess with the clocks on the east coast this weekend. grrrrr had a chance to fillet the new mounts to the transom.     Update 10-22 Took advantage of mild temps today and tabbed in the bulkhead behind fuel tank. Mixed cabosil and glass fibers and made a thickened epoxy. Tabbed in the entire area. Smoothed out with my finger. Ran short a bit on the port side. I’ll get back to that next session. overall Went well...

    I’m in the same boat( 🤣). Got a new swivel pin and whalla. Play gone with only 22 on the wrench. I’d suggest replacing the lower bushing ( nylon I assume from the pics). Not sure what you’re talking about with regard to the jb weld?
