    Sorry I posted wrong pic The magneto was originally hooked up to the on off switch on the control box .. also On the B terminal on the switch .. would that just be a single wire to the Battery ? And then hook up the main big cables to the battery ..

    Racerone your probably right .. And that may still be in play .. Right now I just want to hear it run .. If you only had my mechanical skill set you would probably be a bit apprehensive.. My head tells me if it ain’t broke don’t fix it .. At least at the moment .lol!

    Needed a heavier tractor.

    Looks pretty open around it ...A good notch and back cut at the right angle .. Really shouldn't have needed to push it with the tractor in the first place ..

    The choke solenoid was grounded to the magneto bracket . You can see it on one of the pics .. I will be replacing wires fuel lines and such for sure . I'm just wanting to hook a hose to it and try and start it . Plus I am learning more about how it all wires together so hopefully I'm less...

    This is the switch I picked up .. So without the electrical connector as shown in diagram I can still bypass that to go directly to switch right ?

    It does have an alternator .. Yellow wires to rectifier . Single wire going to solenoid.. On the diagram the left side has electrical connector and the right side connector base .. I don’t have that connector ..

    Thanks GA , yes it has a Manuel choke . The little knob that sticks through the the cowl is missing but I can still operate it .. The battery leads are fine so so was gunna hook a battery up to see it the starter works . I did squirt a little fuel in the carbs the other day and pulled the rope...

    Sounds cool ! Im really not to fond of gas powered golf carts . There loud and really jerky . At least the ones I have driven . I like Bruce’s idea of the batteries . As long as you can get the run time desired .. I’m sure whatever you come up with will be well thought out and cool !
