    Core test that transom to make sure. Good chance it's bad and you need to do a full gut and restore. But those are nice boats, and very pretty on the water. Welcome aboard!

    Just read that Gen Chuck Yeager passed away. Death is never a happy thing, but Yeager had such a great outlook on life and lived a pretty full one. In his autobiography he said if I auger in tomorrow, it will be with a smile on my face. I hope that's the way he finished up.

    LOL ... he was stupid and joined during COVID. At last check, his flight got quarantined to the to their dorm/bay. Lackland would not be fun in the summer at all. He was originally going to be going back in July, but that got smoked due to the pandemic.

    How is the ball gear? That is a place you could have some bumps. How about the gear lube out of the upper and lower? Any metal pieces/shavings in there? I would also look at the drive shaft between the upper and lower gear case (pretty simple to disassemble). Then maybe even see what's...

    I did my pours in the winter, in the garage with a space heater near by. The temperature was in the 68 to 74, but probably not consistent.
