    Unplug the purple wire in second picture and replace 20amp fuse . The other wires are for trim/temp gauges. The red/blue/grn are from trim switch

    As posted the 91 has a longer DSend than the 92. They will interchange as long as you change the driveshaft in lower unit. You will need to take the lower units apart to swap as DS is pinned

    The swivel tube fills with water every time motor sets in water. Thats just a deflection seal made sponge rubber and plastic carrier...about $40 to replace both.

    Thats the swivel bracket and yes replaceable and need a 25"

    #6 is the key. If spark is weak it will not jump plug gap due to compression. This would be a battery,starter or stator problem

    Pull the front air cover and drains carbs. Sounds like they are full of oil from setting.
