    MMM. Motor Models Matter. What is the complete model of the motor? I am guessing that you might have an F25 or a T25 but have no way of knowing. Yamaha offered 9 different 25 HP models in 2002.

    How can there be fuel pressure dropping with key on but the motor is running at 31 psi? When the motor is running the key is in the on position.

    I don't see a circlip. I do see what I would call a cowl pin (Yamaha calls it just a clip). Once the HANDLE GEAR SHIFT ASSY is disconnected from the LEVER, SHIFT ROD the HANDLE GEAR SHIFT ASSY can be pulled straight up and out.
