My 22 yr old girl in college, and works P/T and F/T when not in s chool ,400 mi south, they've been flying up for 12-13 yrs, but I get a call, with 12 days notice(as opposed to 3 weeks) and a one way is gonna run me $180.00 and she stays 3 days???? Um I think not. I can usually get round trip...
Her name is Alley, like Alley cat, 2 wknds ago, a scrawny, all black 8 week old bundle of energy!! She is a crackup!! And potty trained!! Now of course, we'll see old Cody cat return I'm sure, LOL.

Nice rifle, love the action and sights, even scope rings, mounts and a trigger lock came with it, as well as one 5 rd mag. Ordered two 10 rd and 1 more 5 rd mag for it last week, as well as plenty of ammo, the 223 is not terribly priced. My son and I will break it in this weekend as well...
My compnay bought out a shipping terminal here about 1.5 yrs ago, and they let lots of old. co. employees go, one guy that had been here for at least 20 years, is getting hired back on as our employee, he's in his 60's, lots of experience, etc. Just made me feel real good when I heard the news! :)
Can't find any replacement original stocks/forestocks, and I really don't want to change anything on my Enfield(keep it original) but I want to shoot it!! Should I just make it a sniper version??

I've got the crummy, peeling/clearcoat paint thing going on, in a few spots on roof, it's black paint, should I try some steel wool, black primer and spray can auto paint? Any hints would be great, Thanks!

A wonderful lady was severely injured last Friday, not on news yet, think she'll survive, sure her and her family would appreciate prayers...cant go into details, this will affect the rest of her life severely...................
It's cracked by trigger area, had it repaired once, didnt last. I want original wood, not fiberglass etc. Guess I'll have to replace the whole thing to make all pieces match? Where's best source? It's a 1920 M IV and one of my favorite shooters!
