    Those motors have an interesting fuel system because of the 2+2 operation. Maybe get a factory manual to work on your motor. Those oil pumps generally don't fail.

    They never fuel injected the 56 cid motor. And they made the 56 cid carb 70 hp up until around 2005

    Have you done any testing or just guessing? Are you sure it is just not flooding out?

    The T has Tilt and Trim and your motor looks to be repainted.

    Pretty sure that has a low tension magneto. They tend to destroy condensers

    Push both buttons in and pull. Be careful though there are 2 pucks inside the tiller and they like to go flying.

    The idle screw is up by the recoil safety. Sounds like you need to do a link and sync> Did you verify fuel is squirting out of the primer hole in the carb?

    Is the primer working? When the square Knob is pulled out all the way does the wire pull on the magneto? Is the idle screw set correctly? That Is on the recoil safety.

    Have you done a link and sync? Why was the timing linkage touched? Is thios a tiller or remote model?
